4. Shipping & Delivery

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• MehraCrafts follows a Replacement Only policy for delivered products.
• Returns are not accepted for delivered products.
• Replacement requests are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products after verification.
• Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided or for eligible prepaid order cancellations before shipment.

6. Pricing & Promotional Offers

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers and discount coupons are subject to specific terms and validity periods.
• Orders affected by pricing or technical errors may be cancelled.
