At MehraCrafts, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Replacement Policy explains how replacement requests are handled for products purchased from mehracrafts.com.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement requests are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received a defective product.
• You received an incorrect product.
• Your order has missing parts or accessories.
• The product has a major manufacturing defect.

Note: Since many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, size, finish, or craftsmanship are natural and are not considered defects.

2. Non-Replacement Eligible Items

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
• Used, washed, altered, or installed products.
• Products without original packaging.
• Minor handmade variations that do not affect product functionality.

3. Replacement Request Window

Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, please:

• Email us at mehracrafts1@gmail.com.
• Mention your Order ID.
• Share clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
• Provide a brief description of the problem.

Our support team usually responds within 24–48 business hours.

5. Verification Process

• Every replacement request is reviewed by our quality team.
• Additional photos or videos may be requested if required.
• In certain cases, we may arrange pickup of the defective product before issuing a replacement.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging whenever requested.

If the claim does not meet our eligibility criteria after verification, the replacement request may be declined.

6. Replacement Policy

A free replacement will be provided if:

• The replacement request is approved.
• The replacement product is available in stock.

If the exact product is unavailable, MehraCrafts may provide:

• An identical replacement (if restocked).
• A similar product of equal value (with your approval).
• A refund if no replacement option is available.

7. Refund Policy

MehraCrafts generally follows a Replacement Only policy.

Refunds are issued only in exceptional situations, including:

• The replacement product is permanently unavailable.
• Your prepaid order is cancelled before shipment.
• MehraCrafts is unable to fulfill the replacement request.

Refund Method

• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed through bank transfer.

Refund Timeline

• 5–7 business days for processing by MehraCrafts.
• Additional 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Approved cancellations of prepaid orders will receive a full refund.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Product

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.

After successful verification, an eligible replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

10. Missing Items

If your shipment is missing any item or accessory, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Sharing an unboxing video will help us resolve your request more quickly.

11. Important Notes

• MehraCrafts currently follows a Replacement Only policy.
• We do not accept returns for delivered products.
• Handcrafted products may have slight variations in color, finish, size, or texture.
• Minor handmade imperfections are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Replacement requests without sufficient proof may be rejected.
• MehraCrafts reserves the right to approve or reject any replacement request after verification.
